Universal adapter plate ISO-50 & ReBeL
The adapter plate changeover system consists of a base plate with ISO 50 and igus ReBeL mountings, as well as interchangeable tool plates for various gripper systems. It supports the Schunk EGP 25 and EGP 40, Zimmer GEP2010, Schmalz CobotPump and Effecto ECG2. The modular design enables rapid tool changes whilst maintaining the same robot interface, thereby reducing changeover times. The precision-manufactured components ensure a secure connection between the robot and the gripper and are ideally suited to flexible automation, handling and pick-and-place applications.

ISO-50 & ReBeL Universal Adapter Plate Changeover System Set for Schunk, Zimmer, Schmalz and Effecto
The adapter plate changeover system is supplied as a complete set and comprises 1 base plate with ISO 50 and igus ReBeL mountings, as well as 2 tool plates. The first tool plate is designed for the Schunk EGP 25, Schunk EGP 40 and Zimmer GEP2010 grippers, whilst the second is designed for the Schmalz CobotPump and Effecto ECG2. Thanks to the modular changeover system, different grippers can be quickly and easily used on the same robot interface. This reduces changeover times and increases flexibility in automation, handling and pick-and-place applications.
