Unlike a multiple safety relay system, which requires cumbersome wiring and take up too much space, or safety PLCs that can be costly and difficult to program, our safety controllers make it easy to consolidate safety circuits. At the same time they meet safety requirements, save space with minimal wiring and cost customers less money. SafetyOne can replace up to six safety relay modules with no programming. Easily configure by turning on a dip switch to 1 of 24 pre-defined logic circuits and one module can connect with various IDEC safety and non safety components such as Emergency Stop switches, Interlock Switches, pilot lights, sensors and light curtains. With up to 6 dual channel safety inputs, 4 safety outputs and multiple non safety inputs, monitor, blanking and solenoid drive outputs, SafetyOne can simplify your complete safety and logic circuit. FS1A is UL listed, TUV rated and CE marked, as well as meets IEC 61508 integrity level 3, ISO 13849-1 performance level e and EN954-1 safety category 4.

HS7A-DMP Non-contact magnetic safety interlock switches perform the same functions as standard mechanical safety interlock switches, but are designed to be used in applications where non contact is desired between the switch and its actuating key. It's also being used where space is at a premium. The slim profile makes it easy to mount in locations out of the way of personnel and machine operation, reducing the possibility of damage or misalignment.

Conventional light curtains had dead zone where there are no beam axis at both ends. With SE4D the first beam axis placed right along the edges, detection can be performed along the entire area. Up to 3 sets (emitter/receiver) can be connected in series to cover L or U shaped configurations, or to guard both the front and back of a machine.
SE4D light curtain is equipped with a muting control function that causes a line to stop only when a person passes through the light curtain, but does not stop the line when an object passes through. The muting sensor and muting lamp can be directly connected to the light curtain. A special controller for muting is not required thus reducing cost.
Fixed blanking prevents the control output (OSSD1/2) from turning off when a specific beam is interrupted. This is used in applications where a specific beam is always interrupted. When the object is moved outside of the sensing area, the control output (OSSD1/2) turns off. Floating blanking function prevents the control output (OSSD1/2) from turning off when the number of beams interrupted is less than a preset number. The number that can be set is from 1 to 3 beams. This function enables sensing even when the position of the obstacles changes in the sensing area.
